In the liquid filling stage, it can accurately control the filling volume to ensure that the liquid volume in each aerosol can is consistent, providing a solid guarantee for product quality. Subsequent sealing link, the use of advanced sealing technology, strictly guarantee the sealing of the aerosol cans, effectively preventing the liquid leakage and the entry of external impurities. And in the gas filling section, the precisely measured gas is injected into the canister and fully mixed with the liquid to achieve the best usage effect. The semi-automatic design makes the operation both with a certain degree of automation to enhance efficiency, and convenient for the operator to monitor and adjust at any time, providing an efficient and reliable solution for the production of aerosol products.

1. The work bench panel is made of matte 304 stainless steel plate, and the material in contact with the raw materials is 304 stainless steel. In special cases, 316 stainless steel can be customized.
