Working principle:
The automatic filling and sealing machine is designed and manufactured for the filling and sealing of plastic tubes and composite tubes in cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, food, adhesives and other industries. Its main working principle is that the tubes in the feeding hopper will vertically enter the filling mold of the first station one by one, and then rotate with the rotating disc. When rotating to the second station, the tubes will be tested and calibrated, and nitrogen will be filled into the tubes in the third station, and nitrogen will be filled into the tubes in the fourth station, Fill the tube with the desired contents, and then enter a series of stations such as heating, bending, pressing, printing number, cooling, trimming, etc. for sealing, and the finished product is exported when it is rotated to the last station, i.e. the twelfth station. Each tube must go through such a series of processes, and finally the filling and sealing are completed.

The main structure of the machine is composed of main transmission mechanism, feeding mechanism, rotating mechanism, tail sealing mechanism, filling mechanism and electrical control system.

a) High-grade night crystal display programming controller and button combined operation video screen can comprehensively grasp the equipment's stepless speed regulation, parameter setting, output statistics, air pressure indication, fault display and other operating conditions, making the operation simple and user-friendly.
b) Fully automatic completion of the whole process of human supply, benchmarking, inert gas filling (optional), filling, tail sealing, coding, and finished product export.
c) The high-precision calibration system reduces the range of color difference between the tube body and the color code.
d) The adjustment part is external, and the position digital display, so that the adjustment is fast and accurate (used in the production of multiple specifications and varieties).
e) The machine, light, electricity and gas are integrated to realize the automatic display (alarm) of non-pipe filling, non-pipe supply, low air pressure; Fully automatic functions such as automatic shutdown when opening the protective door.
f) The filling and sealing of metal pipes, plastic pipes and composite pipes of different specifications can be realized by using one set of several sets with different molds.
